- Cut the pumpkin into strips, onions into half rings.
- Melt in a pan 20 gr. oil and pass the onion until softness. Add pumpkin, salt, pepper and cook for 20 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Boil the horns and recline in a colander.
- Pour cream into a frying pan with pumpkin. Then add the horns and the remaining butter. Mix with sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese and mix again. Enjoy your meal!
