Honey prawns wrapped in bacon grilled

  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 3 tbsp. l honey
  • 3 tbsp. l Sriracha sauce
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Make a baking sheet foil. Preheat the grill to medium temperature.   4. After the bacon has cooled, wrap each shrimp half a piece of bacon and fix on a skewer. Insert the skewer through the center of the shrimp and through the bacon. Spread 3 shrimp on skewer.
