  1. Cut the lemon into small slices and toss it in the saucepan. Also add 700 ml of wine, cinnamon and allspice to it.

  2. Put the stewpan on the fire and heat the wine to a temperature of 80-90 degrees. Remove from heat and put honey. Mix everything thoroughly, until honey is completely dissolved. note that it is forbidden to bring wine to a boil, especially with honey, because at high temperatures, it releases toxic substances.

  3. Pour mulled wine into heat-resistant glasses that you can garnish with a slice of lemon.
