Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Make a baking sheet parchment paper. Mix honey and bourbon in a small saucepan and bring to a boil at high temperature. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
- Put the bacon on the prepared baking sheet and fry for 10 minutes. Brush the bacon with a sweet mixture. Keep frying until deep caramelization and crisp, another 10-15 minutes. Bacon will be really crispy when it cools. Sprinkle 1/4 tsp. pepper and serve.
