- Wash the bell pepper, remove the stalk and seeds, cut into strips. Peel and chop the onion, remove the stalk of a tomato and cut it into a cube.
- Salt and pepper the minced meat, then mix and shape several round cakes with a diameter of 6-8 cm, put in the center of each curd cheese, pepper and roll so that the filling is inside. Form rounded shapes.
- Wrap the resulting zrazy with bacon.
- Heat the pan over high heat, pour oil, warm it and fry the zrazy on both sides to a uniform crust of 2 minutes. Then reduce the heat and cook, periodically turning over for 9-11 minutes.
- In a second pan, heated over medium heat, pour oil, warm it and fry the onion and the remnants of bell pepper to golden crust for 3-4 minutes, stirring. Then add the beans with sauce, tomatoes and simmer another 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Salt pepper to taste.
- Put home-made zrazy with cheese curd on plates on plates bacon, near – bean lobio, garnish with green onions and serve to the table. Enjoy your meal!
