  1. Wash the bell pepper, remove the stalk and seeds, cut into strips. Peel and chop the onion, remove the stalk of a tomato and cut it into a cube.
  2. Salt and pepper the minced meat, then mix and shape several round cakes with a diameter of 6-8 cm, put in the center of each curd cheese, pepper and roll so that the filling is inside. Form rounded shapes.
  3. Wrap the resulting zrazy with bacon.
  4. Heat the pan over high heat, pour oil, warm it and fry the zrazy on both sides to a uniform crust of 2 minutes. Then reduce the heat and cook, periodically turning over for 9-11 minutes.
  5. In a second pan, heated over medium heat, pour oil, warm it and fry the onion and the remnants of bell pepper to golden crust for 3-4 minutes, stirring. Then add the beans with sauce, tomatoes and simmer another 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Salt pepper to taste.
  6. Put home-made zrazy with cheese curd on plates on plates bacon, near – bean lobio, garnish with green onions and serve to the table. Enjoy your meal!
