Homemade Whole Milk Ricotta

Recipe preparation:

  1. Soak a double layer of gauze with water, then squeeze the excess water. Cover the colander with gauze and place in the sink.
  2. In a small bowl, combine vinegar with lemon juice.
  3. On medium-low heat in a small saucepan with a heavy bottom heat milk and cream to 87 ° C, stirring often to make milk the mixture did not burn from below.
