  1. Cut the meat into large pieces. In a stewpan or deep in a pan, heat the vegetable oil and fry the meat until golden crust.
  2. Peel 2 onions, cut into half rings and add to stewpan for meat. Fry it all together.
  3. Pour into the meat 1 tbsp. flour, mix quickly. Pour 1 cup finished broth or hot water. Cover the stewpan with a lid and simmer on low heat for 40-50 minutes. Season with salt and season favorite spices.
  4. Mix sour cream with mustard, add to meat, mix and simmer over low heat until cooked.
