Homemade shawarma with chicken breaded: video recipe

  4. Fry for a minute on both sides in a hot pan with oil or without – at your discretion.
  5. Mix sour cream with Dijon mustard, herbs and salt with to taste.
  6. Grease pita bread with dressing and arrange vegetables.
  7. Lay out the breadcrumbs of chicken and roll shawarma.
  8. Fry in a dry frying pan on both sides until rosy crusts.
