  1. To prepare salted mackerel at home you will need: one mackerel, salt and pepper. From the fish we remove all the fins, the head and insides.
  2. We cut the fish into slices. Smear each slice with salt ground black pepper. Put them in a container, which we place in the fridge.
  3. In the evening, coming home from work, we find in the refrigerator a tasty salted fish. It remains to cook potatoes at the table!
