  1. Cut the pork belly into small portions. Put in a pan. Add chicken hearts. Pour 3.5 liters of water. Boil. Turn down the fire. Remove all formed foam. Cook for 10-15 minutes.
  2. While the meat is being cooked, peel and rinse the potatoes. Slice cubes.
  3. Peel, rinse, rub the carrots on a coarse grater or cut into small cubes. Fry in warmed vegetable oil.
  4. Add potatoes and fried carrots to the pan. Salt and pepper the soup. Put spices to taste.
  5. Pour the noodles into the soup. Cook over low heat 30 minutes before readiness. Remove from heat, let the soup stand under the lid for minutes ten.
  6. Finely chopped fresh herbs (parsley, dill). Add to plates when serving.
