Homemade Muesli Bars: Video Recipe


Many love muesli bars, and so do I. My husband generally loves everything from oatmeal. Sometimes I cook muesli bars at home for healthy a snack. They are very tasty and satisfying. You can put in them that whatever is at home.

  1. Add oatmeal to taste nuts, dried fruits, seeds and anything else. I lay another half of the grated apple.
  2. Kill bananas with honey in a mashed blender.
  3. Mix all.
  4. Lay on a baking sheet with parchment in the shape of a rectangle. Compress well with a spatula.
  5. Outline cut lines.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven 170º for about 45 minutes.
  7. Get warm and break on the planned lines.
