I want to share with you my recipe for cooking delicious cutlets. I do not pretend to be all sorts of “patty ranks” – it’s just a recipe for very soft and juicy cutlets that instantly disappear from a plate, exactly those that my family loves. Do and you!

  1. Pass onion and garlic through a meat grinder and add to stuffing.
  2. Soak the baton in milk for 5 minutes, wring it, too pass through a meat grinder. Never neglect this item! The baton must be put, and the more, the juicier – this fact.
  3. Salt, pepper and add water. We mix everything. Water also needed for juiciness.
  4. We form cutlets and roll in flour. No need to do flat, do volumetric.
  5. Fry in oil over high heat for 3 minutes each side.
  6. Put the patties in a saucepan or cauldron. Add a little water to the bottom and simmer under the lid over low heat for another 10 minutes. Due to this technique, cutlets are very soft and gentle.
