  1. Add lemon juice to the milk and heat the milk to about 80 degrees.
  2. Leave the milk in a warm place for 40 minutes, covering it so that it remained hot.
  3. Milk should be curdled. Throw the cottage cheese in a colander, sieve or, like mine, clean gauze.
  4. Mix cottage cheese with chopped herbs, sun-dried tomatoes, paprika and salt.
  5. Place the mass under the press overnight.
  6. Slice the cheese or crumble it into a dish. Have a nice appetite!
