I often cook burgers at home; my family demands them every week. It is satisfying and very tasty. Cooked in a great mood and I have everything worked out again. It will turn out for you too!

- Add ground beef, egg, salt, pepper to ground beef. Everything mix thoroughly. Wrap the cutlet in foil and send in preheated to 190 gr. oven for 20 minutes.
- We take out the finished patty and fry on both sides on the grill. Put a plate of cheese on top. We are waiting for it to melt and remove from pans.
- Preparing the burger sauce: add the hot paste to the tomato paste water, Provencal herbs, a mixture of peppers and tomato juice. All carefully mix.
- We cut the loaf into two parts. Lubricate both parts with sauce.
- Put lettuce, then tomatoes, cheese, onions and ready cutlet.
- Close the burger in the second half, pressing it slightly.
