  1. Rinse the scallops, dry them with a napkin.
  2. Roll scallops in a mixture of pepper, sugar and salt.
  3. Fry on both sides for 4 minutes and remove scallops from pans.
  4. Pour wine and lemon juice into a frying pan, stew the dish a couple minutes.
  5. Pour the scallops with gravy.
