Hikama salad with fruits

In addition to avocados, hikama is also part of this light summer salad. (can be replaced with radish), mango and pineapple. All these components fill the dish with various contrasting textures and tastes, which are evenly smoothed out with vegetable-based dressing oils with freshly squeezed lime and orange juices. Recipe:

Mix in a large bowl 3 tbsp. l vegetable oil, 1 tbsp. l freshly squeezed lime juice and orange juice, 1 shredded shallots and 0.5 tsp. salt. Add 2 diced avocados, 1.5 tbsp. diced hikama or radish, 0.5 tbsp. diced mango and pineapple and 2 tbsp. l chopped cilantro; mix gently. Salt to taste.
