  1. Boil vegetables, cool and peel.
  2. We take one sheet of pita bread and coat with mayonnaise.
  3. Grind the beets on top with a coarse grater.
  4. Cover with a second sheet of pita bread.
  5. We coat with mayonnaise.
  6. Grate carrots and potatoes on top (2pcs).
  7. Cover with a third sheet of pita bread. We coat with mayonnaise.
  8. Spread the remaining grated potatoes.
  9. We turn the roll (on the short side of the layers there will be more and larger portions).
  10. Wrap roll in cling film.
  11. Leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  12. Serve and serve with pieces of herring.
