  1. Remove the herring fillet from the butter and cut into small pieces.

  2. Wash raisins and dry on a towel.
  3. Cut the canned pineapple rings into small pieces and throw it in a colander.

  4. Chop green and onion finely.
  5. Put prepared pieces of herring, pineapple in a bowl raisins, green and onions, curry, ground pepper, salt (1 pinch), mayonnaise and mix well. Cover the salad bowl and cool for at least 4 hours so that all the flavors mix and all soaked in mayonnaise and spices.
