  1. In different bowls, fill in herring fillet and prunes with water and leave for 2 hours. We take out prunes on a plate and sprinkle lemon juice.

  2. We take the herring fillet out of the water, saturate it with paper napkins, cut in half, get 8 slices and grease with mayonnaise.

  3. We put the prunes on the herring and turn them into rolls. If a the herring is revealed, then fasten with toothpicks.

  4. Put the rolls of herring with prunes on a plate, add the leek rings and serve immediately.
