I propose to cook at home a classic salad – herring under a fur coat, but make it in the form of a delicious roll of herring. Ready the salad needs to be kept in the refrigerator for several hours, or better – night.

- Boil all vegetables and eggs until cooked, then peel peels and shells.
- Remove the bones from the herring and clean. Cut into small pieces.
- We tighten the mat with cling film.
- Rub the beets on a coarse grater, squeeze and lay out first layer on the film. Lubricate the layer with mayonnaise.
- Rub carrots on a coarse grater, squeeze and spread on beets, stepping back from the left and right edges of 1.5 cm. Lubricate carrots with mayonnaise.
- We rub the eggs on a coarse grater and put them on carrots, 1 cm from the left and right edges. Also lubricate mayonnaise.
- Rub the potato on a coarse grater, put it on the eggs, step back 1 cm from the left and right edges, grease the potatoes mayonnaise.
- We spread the fish on a potato slide in the middle.
- Lettuce roll up, bend one edge under the other.
- Wrap the salad with cling film and send to the refrigerator for a few hours, better at night.
