  1. Boil all vegetables and eggs until cooked, then peel peels and shells.
  2. Remove the bones from the herring and clean. Cut into small pieces.
  3. We tighten the mat with cling film.
  4. Rub the beets on a coarse grater, squeeze and lay out first layer on the film. Lubricate the layer with mayonnaise.
  5. Rub carrots on a coarse grater, squeeze and spread on beets, stepping back from the left and right edges of 1.5 cm. Lubricate carrots with mayonnaise.
  6. We rub the eggs on a coarse grater and put them on carrots, 1 cm from the left and right edges. Also lubricate mayonnaise.
  7. Rub the potato on a coarse grater, put it on the eggs, step back 1 cm from the left and right edges, grease the potatoes mayonnaise.
  8. We spread the fish on a potato slide in the middle.
  9. Lettuce roll up, bend one edge under the other.
  10. Wrap the salad with cling film and send to the refrigerator for a few hours, better at night.
