Ingredients for the recipe:
- 700 gr. brown potatoes
- 700 gr. red potato
- 900 gr. sweet potato
- 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil
- 4 tbsp. l (60 gr.) Butter, room temperature
- 1 tbsp. l chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp. l chopped fresh thyme
- 1/2 tbsp. l chopped fresh rosemary
- Salt and Freshly Ground Peppers

Recipe preparation:
- Do not peel, sort and wash the potatoes thoroughly with a brush, then cut into 5 cm cubes. Put the potatoes in a big pan, pour cold water and add salt. Boil and cook, until half cooked, 10 minutes, drain and put pan with potatoes back to the stove, dry for 1 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 200 C. Mix potatoes with vegetable oil and put in one layer on a baking sheet. Put in the oven and bake until golden brown, about 45 minutes.
- While the potatoes are baking, prepare a creamy butter with herbs: mix soft butter with parsley, thyme and rosemary, add salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the baked potatoes to a large bowl and mix with butter and herbs, serve hot.
