  1. Rinse the zucchini and cut into small cubes. Put on dry pan and dry over medium heat with added salt. Put out in your own juice. Hebrew zucchini
  2. Peel and chop the onions with carrots. Add to zucchini and simmer all together for another twenty minutes with vegetable butter and spices. Hebrew zucchini
