- Hard boiled eggs, cool under running cold water, peel and dice.
- Peel a large carrot and rub on a coarse grater.
- Onions cut into cubes. Fry until cooked in a pan with vegetable oil.
- Mushrooms cut into plates and fry in vegetable oil. Salt to taste.
- In a salad bowl we combine mushrooms, onions, eggs, carrots and add Beans (the liquid is drained in advance). Season with salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Mix and serve.
