  1. 300 g of chicken (you can take any parts of the carcass) put in pan and pour cold water. Put on fire and cook bouillon. When the water boils, be sure to remove all foam and reduce burner fire.
  2. After an hour of cooking the broth, remove the chicken. Rinse the lentils and put in the broth. Cook for 20-30 minutes.
  3. While the chicken broth and lentils are boiled, cut the potatoes diced and add to the soup.
  4. Finely chop the onions, grate the carrots. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
  5. Cut the tomato into small cubes and add to the pan to the onion with carrots. Fry for another 3 minutes.
  6. Separate boiled chicken from the bones. Cut into portions pieces.
  7. Fried onions, carrots and tomatoes, as well as chopped chicken put the meat in a pan. Add salt to taste. Cook for another minutes ten.
  8. Finely chop the dill. Add to the finished soup, serving.
