Ingredients for the recipe:
- 700 gr. pork shoulder blade or lower edge of the shoulder blade
- 2 tbsp. chicken broth with or without spices
- 1 tbsp. pineapple juice
- 2 tsp red Hawaiian sea salt or coarse salt
- 1 tbsp. l brown sugar
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
- 1/4 Art. canola oil (portioned)
- 1 chopped onion head
- 1 ginger sliced (8 cm.)
- 4 crushed cloves of garlic

Recipe preparation:
