  • 1 tbsp. pineapple juice
  • 2 tsp red Hawaiian sea salt or coarse salt
  • 1 tbsp. l brown sugar
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
  • 1/4 Art. canola oil (portioned)
  • 1 chopped onion head
  • 1 ginger sliced (8 cm.)
  • 4 crushed cloves of garlic
  • Optional: culinary thread

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, salt, paprika, cumin, coriander and black pepper. Cut the pork into 4 equal servings, then dress each piece with thread. Sprinkle each piece 1.5 tsp spice mixtures.
  2. In a large roasting pan over medium heat, heat 3 tbsp. l canola oil. Fry every piece of pork on all sides, then put on a plate.
