Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
- Heat a large frying pan over medium heat and pour vegetable oil. When the oil begins to smoke slightly, add butter and potatoes. Season with a pinch of paprika, salt and pepper to taste. Fry, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes will not become soft but crispy in about 10 minutes. Add onion and wine. Season with salt, pepper and add heat. Potato should start to brown over time.
