Recipes used. volumetric containers: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, cut in half and get yolks
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/4 Art. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1.5 tsp cider vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp. chopped mixed greens (dill, parsley, basil)
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- Salt and Freshly Ground Peppers
- 3 thin slices of dried ham

Recipe preparation:
- Mix egg yolks, avocado, mayonnaise, Dijon in a blender mustard, apple cider vinegar, herbs, garlic, salt and pepper, grind to the state of mashed potatoes. Fill the egg whites with the mixture.
- Fry the ham until crisp and crumble on top for the eggs.
