Ham Stuffed Avocado Eggs

Recipes used. volumetric containers: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, cut in half and get yolks
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 Art. mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1.5 tsp cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp. chopped mixed greens (dill, parsley, basil)
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • Salt and Freshly Ground Peppers
  • 3 thin slices of dried ham

Recipe preparation:

  1. Mix egg yolks, avocado, mayonnaise, Dijon in a blender mustard, apple cider vinegar, herbs, garlic, salt and pepper, grind to the state of mashed potatoes. Fill the egg whites with the mixture.
  2. Fry the ham until crisp and crumble on top for the eggs.
