- 450 gr the remnants of baked ham, cut into pieces of 2.5 cm.
- 0.5 tbsp. mayonnaise + optionally as needed
- 2 tbsp. l mustard
- 1 and 1/4 Art. pickled cucumbers for sandwiches or 1 tbsp. l marinade + optionally as needed
- 2 internal stalks of celery, finely chopped + 2 tbsp. l coarsely chopped leaves from inner stems
- Half a small red onion, finely chopped
Recipe:
Combine mayonnaise and mustard in a large bowl. In a food processor chop the ham and pickles until pulsed getting small pieces, but not mashed. Add the mixture to mayonnaise ham, marinade, stem and celery leaves, onions and mix. If the salad seems dry (it should be pasty), add more mayonnaise and / or marinade. Serve as a salad or cook sandwiches. Exit: 4 tbsp. Note From the type of ham, which you use will depend on the extra amount mayonnaise and / or marinade. Higher Water Ham require less fluid.
