- Defrost the beans. Boil water in a saucepan, add salt and throw the bean pods. Boil until tender (about 10 minutes).
- Drain the water by throwing the beans into a colander. Cool completely until room temperature.
- When the beans have cooled, proceed to slicing the rest ingredients. We cut tomatoes into small cubes.
- Cut the ham into cubes or straws.
- Cut the onion very finely with a sharp knife.
- Grate the cheese on a fine / coarse grater (to taste).
- Season the salad with sour cream and spices to taste. Mix. Serve to the table.
