  1. Put cream cheese in a bowl (can be replaced with curd), finely chopped ham, boiled egg (halves), salt and well mix with a fork, kneading mass.

  2. Hard cheese cut into cubes, sent to a polyethylene bag, put in boiling water and hold for 15-17 minutes, until cheese melt and become one lump. We spread warm cheese on food wrap, cover with another bite on top and roll into rectangular layer. Evenly distribute the mass of ham and cheese.

  3. We carefully turn the cheese base with the filling into the roll, wrap with foil or foil and cool for at least 1 hour. Ready flavored cheese roll with ham, cut into pieces and immediately serve on the table.
