  1. Boil rice in salted water until swelling, excess water to drain.
  2. When the rice cools slightly, mix it with finely chopped ham, grated cheese and one egg, pepper.
  3. Break the second egg into a separate container and beat it lightly, so that the yolk is mixed with protein. Pour on a saucer breadcrumbs in which you have to roll rice balls.
  4. Put a frying pan with vegetable oil on a strong fire and wait until the oil begins to smoke slightly. Caution: beyond you waiting for shooting hot oil. It’s better to prepare the lid in advance, to quickly cover the pan.
