- Cut tomatoes, crush through a sieve so that it turns out mashed potatoes.
- Melt butter in a pan and fry the cloves garlic (no longer than a minute), add tomato puree and simmer 10 minutes on low heat.
- Squeeze the juice from the lemon, grate the zest on a shallow grater.
- Cut the fish fillet into strips, add to the tomato puree, season with pepper, juice and lemon zest, salt. Stew another 5 minutes.
- Boil spaghetti in salted water, then put in a pan to the sauce and mix.
- Sprinkle the chopped parsley and cheese into the pasta.
