  1. Cut hake clean off the scales and chop thinly.
  2. Cut potatoes into slices, tomatoes into thin slices, onions on the rings.
  3. Pour oil into a pan and lightly fry the potatoes.
  4. Remove the potatoes to the edges of the pan, put slices in the middle fish and fry on both sides.
  5. Add onions, tomatoes, salt, spices and water. Cover the lid.
  6. Simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat.
