- Cut the fish into thin circles.
- Shake the egg with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Mix the fish with the egg mixture.
- Roll the fish in flour and fry on both sides on a sunflower oil for 3 minutes on each side.
- Cut the onion into rings and add to the fish. Cover and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- In another pan, fry the carrots in oil, add rice with water, salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover the rice and simmer until cooked for about 20 minutes.
- Serve rice with fish.
