  1. Cut the fish into thin circles.
  2. Shake the egg with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  3. Mix the fish with the egg mixture.
  4. Roll the fish in flour and fry on both sides on a sunflower oil for 3 minutes on each side.
  5. Cut the onion into rings and add to the fish. Cover and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  6. In another pan, fry the carrots in oil, add rice with water, salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Cover the rice and simmer until cooked for about 20 minutes.
  8. Serve rice with fish.
