Time: 2 hours. 40 min Difficulty: medium Servings: 8 – 10 In recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 3 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 250 gr small shrimp, peeled and cooked
- 450 gr smoked sausage sliced
- 1/4 Art. vegetable oil
- 1/2 tbsp. wheat flour
- 5 tbsp. l margarine
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 8 minced garlic cloves
- 1 green bell pepper, seedless, chopped
- 3 stalks of celery, chopped
- 1/4 Art. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 bunch of parsley leaves, stems and leaves, coarsely chopped, as well as some leaves for decoration
- 4 tbsp. hot water
- 5 cubes of beef broth
- 1 can (400 gr.) Stewed tomatoes with juice
- 2 tbsp. frozen chopped okra
- 4 feathers chopped green onions

Recipe preparation:
- Pepper and salt the chicken. Heat the oil in a heavy cauldron on moderately high fire. Sauté the chicken until brown on both sides and put on a plate. Add the sausage and fry until brown, then lay out of the cauldron. Pour the flour into the butter, add 2 tbsp. l margarine and fry over medium heat, constantly stirring until brown, about 10 minutes. Let the gravy cool down.
- Reduce the temperature and melt the remaining 3 tbsp. l margarine. Add onions, garlic, green peppers and celery and fry 10 min. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste and 1/4 bunch parsley. Cook, stirring frequently, for 10 minutes.
- Add 4 tbsp. hot water and cubes of broth, constantly stirring. Add chicken and sausage. Bring to a boil, then reduce temperature, cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Add tomatoes and okru. Simmer under the lid for another 1 hour. Before serving, add green onion, shrimp and chopped parsley. This dish is combined with beer lager.
