Guacamole Avocado Salad

Those who adhere to a healthy diet must include in your diet rich in vitamins and minerals avocado. One of the most famous dishes from this fruit is considered guacamole – a traditional Mexican sauce made from avocado, vegetables and spices. Easy and delicious guacamole salad is prepared from the same ingredients, but instead of rubbing the vegetables into the paste, just dice avocado, yellow bell pepper, onion and tomatoes, add canned beans and pour fragrant dressing from spices and lime juice. The highlight of Guacamole’s lettuce contrasting texture of its ingredients: delicate avocado, dense beans and crispy bell peppers harmoniously complement each other. You can serve it as a side dish for meat dishes, as well as in the form of a filling for tacos, wrapped in a tortilla. Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 425 gr. black bean
  • 2 tbsp. grape tomatoes cut in half
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, peeled and chopped 1.5 cm cubes.
  • 0.5 tbsp. diced red onion
  • 2 tbsp. l chopped jalapeno peeled seeds (2 pod)
  • 0.5 tsp grated lime zest
  • 1/4 Art. lime juice (2 limes)
  • 1/4 Art. good olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp ground black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper
  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled and peeled, chopped 1.5 cm cubes.

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a large bowl, put tomatoes, yellow peppers, black beans, red onions, jalapenos and lemon zest. Mix juice separately lime, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic and cayenne pepper. Pour dressing vegetables and mix well.
  2. Stir in avocado salad before serving. Try on salt and serve at room temperature.
