Recipe preparation:

  1. Cut off the ends of the zucchini and cut them lengthwise into 4 parts. Put in a very large resealable plastic bag (or two bags of regular size). Pour olive oil, then add 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp. l lemon zest and lemon juice. Seal the bag and mix everything inside, to cover with a mixture of zucchini. Set aside for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to moderate heat. Fry the zucchini, turning over, until soft, trying not to fry them much, 12-15 minutes. Put the finished zucchini on a plate.
  3. Pour the remaining lemon peel on a cutting board and sprinkle 1 tbsp. l salt. Chop the zest with a knife along with salt to it turned out lemon salt. Add more salt if necessary. Sprinkle fried zucchini with lemon salt.
