Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the street grill to medium temperature.
- Put the zucchini on the grill and cover. Cook turning over every 5 minutes until they are slightly charred and will soft when pierced with the tip of a knife for peeling vegetables, 15-20 minutes. Remove zucchini, put on a cutting board and give cool a little, about 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix the basil, oil, vinegar and 1 tsp. salt in a small bowl and beat until completely mixed. Chop zucchini circles 0.6 cm thick. and spread on a plate, pour vinaigrette dressing and sprinkle with onions in a pan.
