  • 2 tbsp. l red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. l chopped green onion rings
  • 2 tbsp. l chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp finely chopped fresh oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Recipe preparation:

  1. Grate the peppers with olive oil. Put on the grill and fry, turning, until soft, 15 min. Put the peppers in a bowl, cover and leave for 10 minutes, then peel off.
