Grilled steak marinated in teriyaki sauce with pineapple – A detailed recipe for cooking. Ingredients for the recipe:
Steak:
- 1.4 kg sliced into steaks 2 cm thick. beef clippings
- 0.5 l (2 tbsp.) Soy sauce
- 1 peeled and coarsely chopped head of garlic
- 1 peeled and thinly sliced rounded root slice ginger
- 1 large onion sliced into thin half rings Luke
Pineapple Pillow:
- 1 fresh pineapple
- 3 tbsp. l (45 gr.) Butter
- Sliced green onions for decoration

Recipe preparation:
- For steaks: In a thick plastic bag mix soy sauce, garlic, ginger and onions. Release as many as possible air and pickle steaks in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours or all night. Remove the meat from the marinade and place on the grill. Saute until desired temperature, better to a state of low frying.
- Pineapple Pillow: Remove from Fresh Pineapple core and cut it into rectangles 0.5 cm thick. Melt 3 tbsp. l (45 g.) Butter, and grease the slices pineapple. Put on the grill and fry until the pineapple becomes warm until the appearance of the characteristic grill strips. Serve laying on top grilled beef, and garnishing as desired green onions.
