Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 kg. steak skirt (veined pulp of beef flank)
- 1 orange, sliced in thin slices with peel
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 4 cloves of garlic, cut in half and crushed
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 tbsp. light beer
- 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce

Recipe preparation:
- In a wide shallow baking dish, put half on the bottom orange slices, half onion slices and half pieces of garlic. Sprinkle beef with salt and pepper and put in shape on top of orange and onion. Put the remaining ones on top oranges, onions and garlic and pour in beer and soy sauce.
- Cover with plastic wrap and let the meat marinate at room temperature for 1 hour or put in fridge for the night.
- Preheat the grill to a moderate heat. Take out marinade steak; pour the marinade. Grill steak until desired readiness, about 4 minutes on each side, meat get ready to medium-sized roast. Leave on for 5 minutes until Sliced Southwest Sketch Steak with Cheese Corn porridge.
