Grilled shrimp

Shrimps made with this recipe are great for beer snacks. They are fried whole in shells on the grill, therefore you will need big shrimp, from which you can easily remove intestinal vein, without removing the shell. It only takes them to fry few minutes, remove the shrimp from the grill immediately as soon as they turn pink and matte so as not to overcook and keep them juicy elasticity. Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the grill to moderate heat and oil the grill. Cleanse shrimp from intestinal veins: cut with kitchen scissors shell along the back of the shrimp and open it to expose the vein. Pick it up with the tip of a knife or scissors and remove, leaving the carapace in place.
