Grilled Shrimp Pizza

  • 1 red onion, cut into rings

  • 0.5 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 450 gr ready-made pizza dough at room temperature
  • 1 tbsp. cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes cut into halves
  • 0.5 tbsp. crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp. l chopped fresh parsley

Recipe preparation:

  1. Heat the grill over medium heat. In a bowl, mix the olive butter, onions, shrimp and oregano. Salt and pepper the mixture.
  2. Roll the pizza dough into a rectangle, the size of which is 20 cm by 25 cm. Lubricate the grill with olive oil. Place the dough on grill and fry until top starts bubbling and bottom get dark, about 3 minutes Remove it with tongs and put on the cutting board fried side up. Lubricate with olive oil.
  3. Fry the shrimp and onions, turning them over until the onions become softer, and the prawns do not lightly brown, about 5 minutes. Lay on short onion and shrimp, then put the pizza on the grill again. From above spread the tomatoes and feta cheese, cover and fry until the dough cook and the cheese does not melt, about 5 more minutes.
  4. Gently move the pizza onto a chopping board. Sprinkle it parsley and cut into pieces.
