  • 400 mg coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp. l red curry paste
  • 0.5 finely chopped red onion
  • 0.25 Art. chopped cilantro leaves
  • One lime juice
  • 2-3 tbsp. l canola oil

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the grill to a high temperature. Whisk together coconut milk, curry paste, onion, cilantro, lime juice and butter in a large bowl. Salt and pepper to taste. Put the shrimp in bowl and mix so that they are covered with the mixture. Cover and give marinate at room temperature for approximately 20 minutes. shrimp and grill for 1.5-2 minutes on each side. Serve on wax paper, if desired.
