Grilled shish kebab with vegetables

The beauty of this recipe is that you can cook many its options to your liking.   • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Chicken in citrus marinade with tarragon:

  • 450 gr diced 2.5 cm. skinless chicken breasts and bones
  • Zest and juice of 1 orange

  • 1 tbsp. l fresh tarragon leaves
  • 1/4 Art. soy sauce
  • 1/4 Art. canola oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Shrimp in a lemon-garlic marinade:

  • 450 gr (16-20 pcs.) Peeled and cut shrimp
  • 3 minced cloves of garlic
  • 2 chopped shallots
  • 1 fresh or dried bay leaf
  • 2 tbsp. l fresh thyme leaves
  • 1/4 Art. finely chopped fresh Italian parsley
  • 1 tsp chili pepper flakes
  • 1/4 Art. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. l freshly squeezed lemon juice

Vinaigrette sauce with balsamic vinegar for vegetables:

  • 1/4 Art. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. l balsamic vinegar
  • If using bamboo skewers, soak them in water for 1 h so that they are not charred
