Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 4 fillets (225 g each) red snapper
  • 2 lime juice
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp coarse black pepper
  • 3 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 1 and 1/4 Art. tropical fruit salsa

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the grill. Place the perch fillet in a shallow dish. AT mix lime juice, ginger, pepper and olive in a small bowl butter. Pour the mixture onto the fish and let stand for 15 minutes.
  2. Grill the fish over medium heat until tender and matte colors, about 4 min. on each side, depending on filet size. Serve with tropical salsa on top fruit.
