Difficulty: easy Servings: 6 In the recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 500 gr. sausages for frying (such as Irish, Italian, french sausages)
- 1 tbsp. l olive oil
- 3 feather onions, white and green parts to divide, chop ringlets
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- Salt and Freshly Ground Peppers
- 1 tbsp. l flour
- 1 clove of garlic, chop
- 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp ground allspice
- 3/4 Art. lightly salted chicken stock
- 1 1/4 Art. milk

Recipe preparation:
- Heat olive oil in a pan. Add sausage and fry, turning, until tender, about 10 minutes. Shift sausage on a dish and pour fat, leave 2 tablespoons of fat in in the pan.
- Add the white parts of the green onion in the same pan, sweet pepper, 1/4 tsp salt, pepper to taste, fry, stirring, for 5 minutes. Add flour, reduce heat to medium and fry, stirring for about 2 minutes. Add Garlic, Worcestershire sauce, allspice, pour chicken stock and milk. Bring the sauce boil and cook until thickened, about 6 minutes. Add the green part of the onion, season with salt and pepper.
- Divide the sausages into portions and pour in milk sauce.
