Grilled salmon with Asian sauce B-B-Q

Asian barbecue sauce perfectly complemented by its many-sided flavored grilled red fish.   • 1/4 Art. hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 Art. ketchup
  • 2 tbsp. l honey
  • 1 tbsp. l sambal olek pasta
  • 2 tbsp. l toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp. l rice vinegar
  • 4 salmon steaks (220 g each)
  • Cilantro leaves

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, heat the vegetable butter. Add shallots and garlic and fry until soft. Intervene Hoisin sauce, ketchup, honey, sambal-olek, sesame seeds, soy and fish sauce and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, intervene vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Preheat the grill to maximum. Grease salmon steaks on both sides with oil, salt and pepper to taste. Fry until golden colors and charred marks on both sides.
