Delicious fresh soft brioche sandwiches stuffed with sandwiches grilled salmon, a fresh salad mixture of mesclan and sauce on basis of mayonnaise with herbs and capers. Grilled salmon
- 900 gr. fresh salmon filet
- Olive oil
- Ground pepper
Caper sauce
- 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/4 Art. sour cream
- 3/4 tsp white wine vinegar
- 12 fresh basil leaves
- 3/4 Art. chopped dill
- 1.5 tbsp. l chopped green onions
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 3 tsp capers, without fluid
Sandwiches
- 6 fresh brioche buns (10 cm in diameter)
- 110 gr. salad mixture of mesclan or basil leaves

Recipe preparation:
- To cook salmon, heat the coals in a barbecue grill and grease the grill on top with vegetable oil. Rub salmon outside olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Grill for 5 мин. on each side, or until the salmon is almost completely ready. Remove on a plate and let stand for 15 minutes.
- To prepare the sauce, place mayonnaise, sour cream, wine vinegar, basil, dill, green onions, salt and pepper in a bowl a food processor equipped with a steel chopper knife. Stir until connected. Add capers and process in pulsed mode 2-3 times.
- To make sandwiches, cut the buns into two equal sides parts. Spread a tablespoon of sauce on each surface of the slice. Put a few lettuce leaves on the bottom of the sandwich, and then a piece of salmon. Place the top of the bun on the fish and serve immediately.
