  1. Lubricate beef tenderloin with vegetable oil, season salt and pepper.
  2. Cut eggplant into slices, bell pepper into slices. Lubricate them with oil.
  3. Grill vegetables for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Fry the beef to the Rare level. Steak should be taupe on the outside, and red on the inside.
  5. Cut red onion into rings and grill it too. Bake the whole garlic in the oven for 20 minutes.
  6. Rub ginger on a fine grater. Mix in a blender bowl baked garlic, ginger, peppermint, olive oil and soy sauce.
  7. Boil millet in salt water for about 20 minutes.
  8. Cut the meat into thin slices.
  9. Cut the eggplant into 4-6 slices.
  10. Sweet pepper cut into the same pieces.
  11. Cut onion rings into four parts. Mix in a bowl vegetables, add parsley, pour olive oil and sauce kimchi.
  12. Spread meat on a plate, spread vegetables on top, sprinkle 2 tbsp. spoons of wheat and decorate with basil.
