- Lubricate beef tenderloin with vegetable oil, season salt and pepper.
- Cut eggplant into slices, bell pepper into slices. Lubricate them with oil.
- Grill vegetables for 5-7 minutes.
- Fry the beef to the Rare level. Steak should be taupe on the outside, and red on the inside.
- Cut red onion into rings and grill it too. Bake the whole garlic in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Rub ginger on a fine grater. Mix in a blender bowl baked garlic, ginger, peppermint, olive oil and soy sauce.
